Feasts of the Ocean to be Served Up at Dining City’s Highly Anticipated 12th Edition of SINGAPORE RESTAURANT WEEK
SINGAPORE RESTAURANT WEEK is back for Its 12th edition this coming March, where the city’s top dining establishments once again lure diners with sumptuous offerings and exclusive menus, this time to the overarching theme of “Feasts of the Ocean”. Maintaining Singapore’s celebrated reputation as an iconic foodie paradise, an exciting range of cuisines from more than 100 of Singapore’s most celebrated, as well as newly participating restaurants offer mouthwatering and not-to-be-missed week-long dining deals.
The 12th edition theme of “Feasts of the Ocean” promises a sumptuous SINGAPORE RESTAURANT WEEK, where diners can indulge on their favourite treasures of the sea and luxurious seafood dishes at amazing prices. Singapore’s vast culinary talents will be delivering creative and unique menus that highlight flavours, techniques and most of all, passion, with seafood as the hero ingredients. Chefs are urged to activate both classic and contemporary skills, foundational as well as seasonal ingredients to show off their distinctive takes on “Feasts of the Ocean”.
This coming edition of SINGAPORE RESTAURANT WEEK welcomes some new participating restaurants, including Fort by Maison Ikkoku, Il lido at Sofitel Sentosa, El Tardeo, Forest, Sushi Meida, Kaiserhaus, Osteria Art, Dehesa, Alati, Si Chuan Do Hua and Portico Prime. Diners will also be excited about seeing (and sampling) specially crafted set menus by SINGAPORE RESTAURANT WEEK’s regular hot favourites such as Sky On 57, Long Chim, Adrift, Garibaldi, Absinthe, The Song of India, Stellar at 1- Altitude, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, Bacchanalia, Gunthers, OSO, Senso, Ristorante, Zafferano, OCF, ETNA Italian Restaurant and Salt Grill & Sky Bar. “Singapore’s food scene continues to evolve and it is so important to keep this dynamic momentum going. Seafood is a huge favourite among Singapore’s diners and it is also a premium ingredient – our aim is to make gourmet experiences, as well as the numerous culinary talents in town, accessible to all food lovers,” said Tara Mohammed, General Manager, DiningCity.
Participating restaurants will offer exclusive three-course menus for both lunch and dinner priced at $28++ and $38++ respectively. Dining City Star-Awarded restaurants will offer their set menus at $40++ for lunch and $58++ for dinner.
