A feast that will definitely satiate you
The live jade abalone (a generous portion for a pre-starter) was delightfully encased in a creamy sauce. Unsurprisingly, the myriad of textures from the foie gras coupled with the sweetness of the fresh abalone, this was a bright teaser to the rest of the meal.

This was followed by the third dish of the dinner menu, it was sustainable murray cod. Next, we were stoked by the crowd-pleasing mains of the day. Stellar is the first restaurant in Singapore to have its own Tajima cattle reared in northern Victoria, Australia. Tajima wagyu has a specially formulated Japanese diet for 400 days and is renowned for its distinctive marbling and flavour.

Verdict
Though there were hits and misses with the dinner menu, everyone will need to dine at least once at Stellar Singapore. The view at twilight was enthralling, with the full picturesque Singapore’s skyline in all its glory. And deeper into the night, watch the lights illuminate the waters, forming the backdrop for a good festive night-out.
