A concept by the ilLido Group, Baia is more than just a rooftop spot. Expect a strong line-up of cocktails, beautifully plated dishes and, yes, plenty of desserts to end the night on a sweet note.

My dinner companion and I decided to be a little adventurous and ordered the Grilled Lamb Chops with mushrooms and ratatouille.
The dish delivered a wholesome mix of flavours and textures, with the richness of the lamb balanced nicely by the earthy mushrooms and comforting vegetables. It made for a satisfying main course that felt hearty without being too heavy.
It’s not easy to make a well-made Paloma – Baia’s rendition hits the mark. Built around Código tequila, salted grapefruit and agave nectar, it arrives bright and effervescent, with a breezy citrus lift and just enough salinity to sharpen the finish.
Price Range: Cocktails start at around S$26. Bar bites below $15.
