From 23 June 2016 – From 4 to 31 July 2016, Master Chef Steven Ng will be bringing a summer fruit fiesta to Shang Palace. Presenting 13 seasonal à la carte dishes incorporated with the freshest tropical fruits, this menu features Chef Steven’s innovative reinterpretation of classic Cantonese cuisine fused with refreshing summer fruits such as apricots, mangoes, plums and cempedak.
With over 30 years of experience under his belt, the items on this à la carte menu showcase Chef Steven’s abilities to recreate Cantonese dishes with a twist. Highlights include the refreshing Preserved Young Papaya with Rose Apple and Vinegar; an invigorating starter to whet one’s palate, Steamed Egg with Seafood served in an Orange; a savoury seafood dish steamed within an orange to bring out the light citrus fragrance and natural sweetness of the fruit, and the thirst-quenching Fresh Watermelon Bird’s Nest Parfait.
