Leading of the multi-storey dining trends in Bangkok, Nusara goes out of the conventional dining experience. They feed you at every level of the shophouse in the Thai capital. They combine savory and authentic Thai cuisine, innovative and modern cooking and rich history into one powerful format.
Sitting at the top floor of Nusara’s heritage space overlooking the royal palace, it was an elevated setting. It was magical. Though Chef ThiTid Tassanakajohn is still paying homage to its grandma’s recipe, Nusara brings an inventive menu of perfecting and pairing amazing traditional foods with cocktails and champagnes. Now, they even own a cool and beautiful wine room.
Nusara’s menu continuously evokes the remembrance of his grandma’s food recipes. Simple yet tasteful cooking, the crab curry would be something memorable for everyone.
Another highlight of the dinner menu would be their tom-kla soup with aromatic rice. The dish is so progressive and beautiful.
Each dish is filled with spice and seasoning and crafted with meticulous care as we end with a series of delicious desserts. There’s a good reason of why Nusara stays at the top few positions of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants.
