Food that talk about authentic Mexican flavours
De cangrejo ($14). Loving the crispy soft shell crab, the whole combo includes barbecued pickled pineapple, radish, lime mayo.
De pescado ($11) works better for me because the hint of the lime works with the grilled snapper perfectly. The start dish of the evening was their pescado asada con chile rojo y perejil (Barbecued whole sea bass, $46). The simplicity of this dish wins with its sweet flesh and simple salsa dips.
Pulpo (Barbecued octopus, achiote, tomatillo, toasted chorizo crumble, $24) is full of sharp and bright flavours.
Super Loco Customs House Rings in 2017, Acapulco Style!
Come 31st December 2016, get into the celebratory swing as they usher in the new year at Super Loco Customs House with ‘Acapulco Gold’, a New Year’s Eve Fiesta! Don your tropical best and countdown to 2017 with The Loco Group as they transform the Customs House space, to a bumping seaside cantina – Acapulco style. Enjoy an incredible Mexican feast, cocktails galore and lots of dancing complete with fireworks against the stunning Fullerton Bay waterfront.
From 8pm onwards, a Dinner Fiesta awaits with 8 sumptuous dishes and a welcome margarita at $118++ per person. Those looking just for drinks and pumping beats, can opt for a simple entry to the Acapulco Gold party at $40++ per person ($50++ per person for entrance at the door). Entry includes one standard drink.
