Located on the second floor of not so a typical mall like Orchard Plaza, YUTA features an omakase menu that leaves the competition at the door.
Spotting with a stretch of high counter seats together with one private dining space, diners will be treated with an artful performance by Chef as each creation is carefully presented over the 11-course omakase menu (S$115).
Everything at YUTA seems so affordable as you can enjoy a Sake Flight (4 types) at S$45. The menu is never complicated and each diner gets to enjoy the purest sensing of this YUTA omakase experience. Zensai was that very first dish, the Hokkaido oyster was specifically huge, fresh and creamy.
It was very delightful to pair distinctively sweet sashimi (Usuzukuri) and sushi (Nigiri) with their Sake Flight. The flavors mixed and matched with perfection.
Another central highlight was their Sumiyaki. It paired up some seasonal ingredients with special A5 Wagyu. This dish was such an indulgent treat. Last to mention, the special sea urchin rice was another sweet spot of the menu as it surpassed perfection of texture, flavor and quality.
With a quality range of Japanese delicacies to try for, YUTA makes an exquisite omakase dining experience.
