Oscar’s, Conrad Centennial Singapore
Oscar’s (and the London roast duck) is a buffet that we’ll remember for quite a while, and try to re-visit once they change their themes because they have gotten the basics right, and have brought it up beyond that level. So, will this be the best brunch in Singapore?
S$98++ may sound a tad too much but going not just by the fact that it’s all topnotch, premium quality ingredients and condiments – the culinary expression persists as well, with an excellent presentation, and taste. Go all out at S$118++ with free flow sparkling wine, house wines and cocktails, or S$158++ for champagne.

Cocotte
Hearty, home-styled French cuisine for sharing, the menu at Cocotte is one that’s more appealing to larger groups – otherwise you might not get to try the whole selection. Try the Roasted Chicken, an item you’ve got to order a day before or go without it. It’s extremely moist, down to the breast meat, and of course totally delectable.
Cocotte’s weekend brunch trolley is at $69 only, $119 with inclusive free flow of rose, wine and Prosecco. Best brunch in Singapore? This is definitely one.
