The season for indulgence commences at Tiffin Room with the signature Afternoon Tea. Specially crafted with a Christmas spin, the Festive Afternoon Tea is available from 9th to 25th December 2016. Dinners will be presented on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and showcased as buffets, where we invite you to treat your senses to an intricately crafted epicurean experience, accompanied by Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve and Billecart-Salmon Rosé. Relish our delectable selections at the Carving and Live Stations like the Australian Grain Fed Prime Rib on the Bone and Roasted Stuffed Christmas Turkey with Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, complete with an extensive spread of appetisers, fresh seafood, artisanal festive breads and charcuterie, gourmet cheeses and tantalising desserts.
At the renowned Raffles’ Christmas Day Brunch, bask in the charms of the Bar & Billiard Room and partake in a tantalising spread of delicious appetisers, beautifully crafted desserts and live stations that include a variety of festive carvings as well as Sea Urchin and Alaskan King Crab with Scrambled Eggs and Langoustine Ravioli with Whisked Lemon Butter, Green Cabbage and Black Truffle.
